Almost all of us do jobs. Job is important as it's one of the most common ways to get paid. In order to apply for a job we need to introduce ourselves to the company where we are going to apply. How can we introduce our self? There are a number of ways to introduce yourself to someone but in case of job application we have to follow a path that is standard. This standard path is known as CV or resume' writing!
CV stands for Curriculum Vitae. It includes brief history of education, work etc. of the candidate. It also covers your interests, hobbies etc that might be beneficial for the job a candidate is applying.
Getting jobs nowadays has become very difficult as there are less jobs and great number of applicants. Out of this great majority only few get a chance for an interview and even lesser (one or two) finally get a job.
A good CV has a great role to play in winning you a chance of interview. So, if someone says that it is your CV that gets you a job, he/she isn't wrong. As J.L Kennedy said:
                              "If your resume' isn't a winner, it's a killer!"
Therefore it's very important to write a good in fact a perfect CV before you apply for a job.
